- pasta brioscè,
- n. 1 filetto di salmone affumicato,
- gr. 50 di gorgonzola dolce.
PREPARAZIONE
- Stendere la pasta brioscè in uno strato sottile, adagiarvi sopra il salmone e spalmarlo con il gorgonzola in uno strato uniforme, quindi ricoprite con la pasta brioscè e sigillate bene.
- Con i ritagli potete ricavare dei piccoli decori e farli aderire alla superficie spennellandoli con poca acqua. Spennellate anche tutta la superficie con il tuorlo sbattuto con qualche goccia di acqua e un pizzico di sale e cuocete in forno a 180° per 25/30 minuti.
