Pizzette soffici da buffet

Oggi vi propongo una ricetta sfiziosa per realizzare delle pizzette soffici e gustose.Ideali per la merenda, per arricchire il vostro buffet o semplicemente da gustare in compagnia dei vostri amici.

Ingredienti

  • 160 g di farina 0
  • 8 g di lievito di birra (io ne ho messo un pò di meno e ho allungato i tempi di lievitazione)
  • 1 cucchiaino raso di zucchero
  • acqua 120 ml
  • sale q.b
  • 1 mozzarella o scamorza se preferite
  • olio evo q.b
  • origano,menta o basilico q.b
  • passata o polpa di pomodoro q.b.

Preparazione

In una ciotola versate la farina e lo zucchero, aggiungete il lievito sciolto nell’acqua tiepida, e iniziate a impastare aggiungendo infine il sale. Lavorate bene l’impasto fino a ottenere un panetto liscio e morbido. Mettete l’impasto a lievitare in un luogo asciutto per 3 ore. Tagliate la mozzarella o la scamorza a cubetti, e in una seconda ciotola versate la polpa di pomodoro o la passata, sale,olio, origano e mettete da parte.Quando l’impasto avrà raddoppiato il suo volume stendetelo sul piano da lavoro, e ricavate tanti cerchi aiutandovi con un coppapasta piccolo o con una tazzina.Foderate una teglia con la carta forno e disponete le pizzette distanziate tra loro.Schiacciate leggermente al centro di ogni disco,e condite ciascuno con un cucchiaino abbondante di pomodoro, qualche cubetto di mozzarella, origano o quello che preferite.Cuocete a forno preriscaldato per 10 minuti a 200° gradi la cottura dipende sempre dal forno che avete.
