L’esplorazione del gusto non ha confini.
Ingredienti x 4 porzioni
2.700 kiwi (scherzo, solo 4)
Procedimento
Lavate bene ogni kiwi e poi asciugatelo.
Buon appetito!
ENGLISH VERSION
Taste exploration has no limits.
Ingredients for 4 servings
2700 kiwi (I’m joking, only 4)
200 grams Philadelphia
Hawaiian red salt (how about no, it’s just for decoration)
A syringe for sweets
Proceedings
Wash every kiwi and then dry them. Cut 1/4 of each fruit, so that the kiwi remains +/- whole. Maybe you can better understand what I mean by the photo.
Using a spoon, gently remove the pulp from each fruit.
Once the operation is complete, drain the exceeding juice (I drank it).
Mash the pulp with a fork, then add the Philadelphia and stir.
Fill the syringe with the mixture (using a large nozzle) and fill the Kiwis.
For the topping you can use the Hawaiian red salt or anything else that you wish.
If desired, you could also make a sweet version of this recipe: just add sugar to the mixture.
Bon Appetite!
Grazie, poi fammi sapere 😉
