Iniziamo col preparare tutti gli ingredienti, imburriamo prima di tutto lo stampo, accendiamo il forno ed impostiamolo a 180°.
Ora, nella ciotola lavoriamo le uova con lo zucchero ,sale e vaniglia fino ad ottenere un composto chiaro e spumoso
fatto questo aggiungiamo l’olio, il latte e lavoriamo ancora. Setacciamo la farina con il cacao e il lievito, ed uniamo al composto delle uova, in più riprese, mescoliamo delicatamente a mano
a questo punto, possiamo inserire al composto metà delle gocce di cioccolato, mescoliamo nuovamente e versiamo il composto nello stampo ,poi completiamo la superfice con le restanti gocce di cioccolato. Trasferiamo in forno e cuociamo per circa 40 minuti(fate sempre la prova stecchino)
Terminata la cottura della Ciambella lasciamo che raffreddi prima di servirla 😘👍👍
