Chi mi segue gia’ lo sa che io faccio i dolci la domenica per terminare il pranzo , ma ci sono volte che non ho tempo o idee per farlo e quindi si finisce senza .Il pomeriggio pero’ ci viene un languorino di dolci vero?? Avendo della sfoglia in frigo prossima alla scadenza ,ho preparato questi triangolini di sfoglia semplici ma molto golosi adatti a soddisfare la voglia di buono, veloci e e cosi’ come li ho preparati cosi’ sono spariti
Non mi dilungo troppo vi scrivo la ricetta
1confezione di pasta sfoglia rettangolare
nutella q,b,
1 uovo
zucchero a velo q.b.
50 gr di cioccolato fondente
Procedimento
tagliare la sfoglia in quadrati 10 x 10
su di un lato mettere un cucchiaino abbondante di nutella
bagnare i bordi attorno con l’uovo sbattuto
chiudere bene e far combaciare i lati , fare leva sui bordi con i rebbi di una forchetta per chiuderli bene appoggiarli su di una teglia antiaderente ,bagnateli ancora con l’uovo sbattuto e subito in forno caldo a 180° per circa 25 min
Una volta freddi ,spolveratei con lo zucchero a velo e fate una colata di cioccolata fondente
