Se non avete un master in Gastronomia ed Impiattamento non provate nemmeno a cimentarvi con questo difficilissimo piatto…. Di ottenere una buona fotografia non se ne parla nemmeno…. Scherzi a parte, a dispetto dell’aspetto, vi assicuro che sono semplicissimi e deliziosi.
Ingredienti per 4 persone
4 fette di carne bovina
4 fette di prosciutto cotto
4 sottilette
sale
olio EVO
Procedimento
Mettete la prima fetta di carne su un tagliere, salate leggermente, adagiatevi sopra la fetta di prosciutto e poi la sottiletta. Richiudete la fetta rollandola e fermatela con uno stuzzicadenti. Fare lo stesso per tutte le fette di carne.
In una padella scaldate un po’ di olio d’oliva e mettete a cuocere gli involtini per 5 minuti a fiamma bassa. Girateli, chiudete con il coperchio e cuocete per una decina di minuti.
Servite gli involtini caldi, cospargendoli con la loro salsina.

Ingredients for 4 people
4 slices of beef
4 slices of cooked ham
4 processed cheese slices
Salt
Extra-virgin olive oil
Proceedings
Put the first slice of meat on a cutting board, salt lightly, lay down on it the slice of ham and then the cheese slice. Close the slice rolling it and keep the roulade closed with a toothpick. Do the same for all the 4 slices of beef.
In a pan heat olive oil and then cook the roulades for 5 minutes on low heat. Turn them, close wit a lid and cook them for about ten minutes.
The cheese inside the roulades will melt, creating a creamy sauce that is simply sublime!
Serve the rolls hot, sprinkling them with their sauce.
