Zucca gratinata al forno-con erbette aromatiche, è un contorno perfetto che si affianca “perfettamente” a secondi piatti, che siano di carne, pesce ,salumi e anche formaggi.
Questo contorno di zucca è davvero molto facile da preparare, richiede pochi ingredienti, ed è una ricetta leggera ,sana e adatta anche per i vegetariani.
Amo tantissimo preparare tante ricette gustose con la zucca , questo ortaggio così versatile, e poi, utilizzata in questo modo devo dire che è stata molto gradita. Cucinata così ,mi ha dato tanta soddisfazione, in particolare mi è piaciuta tantissimo la parte croccante della gradinatura, che ha dato quel tocco in più a questo contorno così gustoso. Passaggi per la zucca al forno
Per prima cosa prepariamo tutti gli ingredienti e tutto l’occorrente necessario. Foderiamo la teglia con la carta forno e teniamola da parte.
Affettiamo ora la zucca precedentemente pulita, disponiamo sulla teglia le fette di zucca leggermente distanziate
fatto questo, affettiamo la cipolla, tritiamo poi la salvia grossolanamente e trasferiamole nella teglia della zucca, aggiungendo poi anche il rosmarino e gli spicchi d’aglio integri, dopodiché condiamo tutto con olio e sale
Accendiamo ora il forno impostato a 200°C
A questo punto, cospargiamo sulle fette di zucca la mollica di pane precedentemente sminuzzata con le mani e poi aggiungiamo in fine il formaggio grattugiato
Trasferiamola ora in forno, e cuociamo la zucca per 20 minuti. Terminata la cottura possiamo finalmente servirla e gustarla . Buonissima davvero😉😉😉
