La faccio gia’ da un po’ ma non ho mai avuto modo di fare una foto perchè gia’ quando la tiro fuori dal forno per rovesciarla emana un profumino ..poi mentre la farcisco e la rimetto in forno la famiglia è gia’ tutta riunita con i loro piatti ad aspettare la porzione…puoi farli aspettare?? Questa volta ho detto ” STOP!! ALT!!Tutti fermi ,foto per il blog ….finalmente l’ho fatta …non è granche’ ma rende l’idea di come è buona’???Allora provatela che aspettate
Ingredienti
1 kg di patate a pasta gialla
1 uovo
sale q.b.
pepe q.b.
formaggio grana o parmigiano q.b.
burro 20 gr
Per farcire
Mozzarella,cotto,pancetta o quello che piu’ vi piace
Procedimento.
Cuocete le patate in acqua salata con la buccia ,lasciatele intiepidire e schiacciatele. Unire l’uovo il sale il pepe il formaggio e il burro, mettere in uno stampo furbo quello con l”incavo, imburrato e spolverato di pan grattato.Cuocere in forno caldo a 200 x circa 25 minuti o fino a doratura.Estrarre dal forno lasciate intiepidire rovesciare in una teglia da forno farcire e rimettere in forno x circa 5 minuti giusto il tempo che si scioglie la mozzarella
