Insalata di finocchi acciughe arancia e.. olive nere e noci ,una portata festosa , ricca di sapori davvero eccezionale… Perfetta da servire anche nel periodo delle feste ,da proporre perché no come antipasto alternativo … Facilissima da realizzare, colorata allegra e soprattutto buonissima…
Ovviamente una portata che può essere servita in tutto il periodo invernale proprio perché abbiamo la possibilità di trovare questa magnifica verdura , per non parlare poi dalle arance , un frutto che io adoro e che fa tatuato bene….

Come preparare L’insalata di finocchi acciughe arance olive nere e noci
Come prima cosa puliamo i finocchi e teniamo da parte qualche ciuffetto che servirà poi per la guarigione, quindi ora laviamoli bene poi affettiamo in modo grossolano e lasciamoli in ammollo in acqua fredda
Ora con il pelapatate sbucciamo e ricaviamo solo la buccia dell’intera arancia poi con lo spremiagrumi ricaviamo il succo e teniamo da parte (per avere il sapore dell’arancia più presente aggiungetene un’altra, vale anche per l’aceto)
A questo punto tagliamo le acciughe in modo grossolano le olive prive di nocciolo dividiamole a metà (o intere se preferiamo) poi spezzettiamo le noci con le mani lasciandole abbastanza grossolane
Fatto questo scoliamo i finocchi e trasferiamoli nella pirofila poi aggiungiamo le olive , noci e acciughe
In fine condiamo con sale olio aceto succo d’arancia e mescoliamo accuratamente poi completiamo con le scorze d’arancia e i ciuffetti di finocchio.
Ed ecco pronta la nostra coloratissima e buonissima l’insalata di finocchi acciughe arancia e… tutto il resto degli ingredienti… buonissima garantisco!
