Ricetta
400 gr di petto di pollo
una manciata di spinaci surgelati o freschi
sale pepe formaggio
1 uovo
pan grattato
zucchine cotte a vapore
Si cuciono gli spinaci a vapore si strizzano per scolare l’acqua
si trita il petto di pollo ,si unisce il tutto in una ciotola con sale pepe formaggio e uova
Si formano delle polpette si appiattiscono ,si passano nel pane grattugiato .SI sistemano in una teglia su carta forno ,e si cuociono a forno caldo 200° per circa 20 min girandole 2 volte ,sopra ho messo giusto un filo di olio prima di infornarle
ho cotto le zucchine a vapore e le ho condite con sale un filo di olio evo e glassa di aceto balsamico
