Lo spezzatino è un classico della cucina italiana ,io lo faccio in questo modo
Ingredienti
500 gr d spezzatino di manzo o vitello
farina
dado da brodo
olio 3 cucchiai
cipolla 1/2
sale e pepe q.b.
piselli un barattolo
Procedimento
Prendere i pezzi di carne infarinarli leggermente
in una pentola mettere 3 cucchiai di olio evo,aggiungere la carne e far rosolare
Dopo 5 min che la carne è ben rosolata e che avrete rigirato per bene su tutti i lati aggiungete la cipolla affetta ,fate cuocere giusto 3 min a pentola coperta…

A questo punto aggiungete circa 2 bicchieri di acqua calda e 1/ 2 dado da brodo ,mescolate un pochino e salate pepate e chiudete con il coperchio …calcolate 1 ora

Alla carne aggiungete i piselli sciacquati della loro acqua di cottura,e fate continuare la cottura per altri 30 min..lo so 1,30 forse sono troppi ma io ho usato manzo la carne è piu’ dura si ammorbidisce dopo circa un’ora ma vi assicuro che dopo la cottura era morbidissima ma non sfatta ,se usate vitello la cottura è minore ,ve ne accorgete se toccandola con i rebbi di una forchetta non fanno fatica ad entrare …
