Con questi dolcini voglio ringraziare tutti voi per la fiducia che mi date ogni giorno visitando il mio blog e per i messaggi che mi inviate facendomi tanti complimenti .Le ricette che provate vi entusiasmano e sono alla portata di tutte ,facili e veloci questo non puo’ che riempirmi di orgoglio ,era questo il mio pensiero e desiderio quando l’ho aperto
Trasmettervi la passione per la cucina ma soprattutto imparare ad apprezzare la semplicita’ delle cose è cio’ che piu’ volevo e forse ci sto riuscendo.
Non voglio dilungarmi troppo e vi scrivo la ricetta
Ingredienti
3 uova medie
170 gr di zucchero
300 di farina
40 gr di cacao amaro
160 di latte
160 di olio di semi di girasole
1 bustina di lievito per dolci e una bustina di vanillina o semi di una bacca
1 pizzico di sale
nutella q.b.
12 cialde per gelato tipo coppetta
In una ciotola mescoliamo lo zucchero alle uova,aggiungiamo l’olio e il latte e lavoriamo per 2 minuti
Dobbiamo solo mescolare il tutto
Poi versiamo a pioggia la farina con il lievito il cacao e la vanillina ben setacciati e mescoliamo.aggiungiamo anche il pizzico di sale.Gli ingredienti devono solo mescolarsi bene ,i muffin nn vanno lavorati a lungo altrimenti risultano gommosi
Riscaldiamo il forno a 170°mentre ci prepariamo i muffin
Ora prepariamo le cialde se le avete oppure i classici pirottini in alluminio o in silicone vanno bene,sistemateli in una teglia e iniziamo a riempirli per meta’, poi al centro mettiamo un bel cucchiaino di nutella e copriamo con altro impasto .Io purtroppo per la fretta ho messo la nutella sopra e non al centro ma sono venuti uno spettacolo ugualmente
Quando avremo riempito tutti i pirottini li inforniamo a 170 ° per circa 15/17 min ,fate la prova stecchino
Li mettete a raffreddare su di una gratella una volta sfornati ,aspettate che si raffreddano e poi spolverateli con dello zucchero a velo .Buona merenda colazione e buon anniversario a me
