I fagottini farciti con la mela sono dei deliziosi scrigni adatti sia per la colazione che per la merenda, ma io direi anche dopo pranzo e perchè no anche per finire in dolcezza la cena .Una semplice bonta’ in cui si rinchiude una sorpresa delicata e gustosa,sono sicura che piacera’ ai bambini che non mangiano volentieri la frutta in questo modo lo faranno.Li ho fatti semplici ,ma voi potete arricchirli mettendo al loro interno uvetta strizzata ,pinoli e cannella ,mi immagino il profumo e il sapore .Piccoli strudellini di sfoglia ,in fondo basta veramente poco per sfornare una dolcezza il cui profumo inebriera’ la vostra cucina ed entusiasmera’ i vostri palati
Ingredienti
Pasta sfoglia rettangolare
1 Mela
Marmellata di albicocche o quella che piace a voi q.b.
Procedimento
Stendere la pasta foglia sul tavolo
Tagliare dei quadrati di circa 10 cm di lato.
Mettere un po’ di marmellata al centro, una fettina di mela tagliata a cubetti; chiudere accostando gli angoli al centro.Spennellare con del latte e cospargere di zucchero semolato,cuocere in forno caldo a 180° per circa 15/20 minuti
Sfornare su una gratella e lasciare raffreddare , prima di servire cospargere con lo zuccero a velo .
