How about we make two serious fried zucchini flowers?
And when I say serious I mean not just light .
AND NOW … LIGHT THE FIRES !
INGREDIENTS:
-8 Zucchini flowers
- 160g of mozzarella
- 8 anchovy fillets
- Seed oil to taste

For the batter :
- 80g of light beer
- 120g of soda water
00 – 140g of flour
-2 G of yeast
WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN !
For the batter :
in a bowl put the flour and then with a whisk to incorporate the water first and then the beer must be ICED ,
if you add the 2g of yeast can make the batter rest
at room temperature, covered with foil for about 40 minutes ,
avoiding to keep her two hours in the fridge (version without yeast) .
For flowers :
remove the part that is insiede the flower , being careful not to break it,
Fill flower with a cube of mozzarella and an anchovy fillet ,
pass the flowers in the batter and fry in vegetable oil at 160 degrees .
Dab with absorbent paper , season with salt and serve hot .
Et voila … a fantastic dish!
