Here is a recipe that can be a nice idea in case you have guests. And it’s the first of the recipes that chef Richard Zanni taught us during the lesson at the cooking school Coquis .
And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:
For the Mozzarella :
-4 Pieces of buffalo mozzarella
- Egg To taste
- Flour to taste
- Bread crumbs to taste
For the gazpacho :
- A tomato ( ox hearts )
- A spoonful of peeled tomatoes
- A tablespoon of chopped red onion
- One tablespoon of crushed red pepper
- A tablespoon of chopped cucumber
- Hot pepper sauce to taste
- Tabasco to taste
- To taste Coriander
- Salt and white pepper to taste
- Seed oil as needed for frying
WEAR THE APRON , wash your hands , BEGIN !
- For the mozzarella in a carriage,
mozzarella cheese lightly pressed to release the whey and dried with paper , proceed to do a double breading , following this order:
flour , egg , bread crumbs, egg , bread crumbs . Add the salt in the egg, fry in vegetable oil at 160 degrees .
For the gazpacho :
deprive the peel and seed the peppers , tomato and cucumber,
bronuase cut (diced ) along with the other vegetables,
insert into the glass of the blender peeled cones , chili sauce , tabasco , mix everything until you get the consistency of a smoothie.
Use of coffee cups , pour the gazpacho and place the mozzarella on a toothpick along that you will put on the edge of the glass !
Et voila … very nice and appetizing idea !
