Beef tartare

For people who like raw meat, this dish is ideal,
fast, diet, and above all tasty,
I served with the grilled radicchio but it goes well with any vegetable.

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-100g of minced meat or cut into the tip of a knife, it would be ideal fillet or rump

- The juice of half a lemon

-Salt, pepper, olive oil to taste

- A few drops of Tabasco sauce

-Worcester sauce to taste

-An egg yolk
