La torta salata patate e prosciutto bimby piacera’ di sicuro,con un po’ di fantasia portate in tavola una cena apprezzata e diversa dal solito,provatela nelle due varianti
Questa è la variante bimby ,per la versione classica qui’
ingredienti
1 dose di pasta brise’
500 gr patate
q.b.sale
q.b.pepe
50 gr parmigiano
150 gr besciamella
1Uovo
200gr prosciutto cotto a dadini o a fette
Preparare la pasta brise’
200 gr di farina
60 gr di acqua fredda
100 gr di burro freddo
1 pizzico di sale
Nel boccale tutti gli ingredienti 10 sec vel 3 ,poi 1 min spiga ,compattare con le mani e mettere in frigo per 15 min avvolta in pellicola
Preparare la besciamella
Besciamella
Nel boccale 1 noce di burro ,150 gr di latte ,1 pizzico di sale e 1 cucchiaio di farina 5 min vel 3 100°mettere da parte
Cuocere le patate
Sbucciare le patate,metterle nel cestello tagliate a pezzi nel boccale acqua fino alle lame 25 min varoma vel 2 cottura buttare l’acqua mettere la farfalla e le patate 10 sec vel 4 lasciar intiepidire spatolare aggiungere la besciamella fatta in precedenza il pepe, il parmigiano,il sale q.b. e l’uovo.15Sec.Vel.5.
Prepariamo la torta salata
Dopo il riposo in frigo stendiamo la pasta sul tavolo leggermente infarinato ,con il mattarello tiriamo una sfoglia circolare non troppo sottile
Adagiare la pasta brise’ nella teglia coperta di carta da forno e bucare con i rebbi di una forchetta. Versare sul fondo il prosciutto cotto a dadini o a fette e poi il composto di patate.
Spolverizza con il parmigiano ed inforna.35 Min.180°.
Servire fredda o tiepida
Variante ai funghi
Nel boccale 20 gr di olio 1 spicchio di aglio
3 min vel 2 100°
Aggiungere una confezione di funghi 1 pizzico di sale impostare 10 min vel soft antiorario ,lasciare raffreddare e aggiungere alle patate nel boccale
