500 gr di mandorle dolci
50gr di mandorle amare
450 gr di zucchero
3 uova intere
mezza scorza arancia e di limone
(lavorare i tuorli con lo zucchero)vanillina 1 Bustina

130 gr di cioccolato fondente a pezzetti
50 gr di burro
100 gr di zucchero di canna
3 uova
220 gr di farina
1 bustina di lievito vanigliato per dolci
50 gr di cacao amaro
50 gr di zucchero a velo
Sciogliere la cioccolata a bagno maria ,aggiungere il burro e mettere da parte
Uniamo lo zucchero di canna ,lasciamo raffreddare
Uniamo le uova setacciamo la farina con il lievito e il cacao
Uniamo il tutto alla cioccolata ,copriamo la ciotola e lasciamola in frigo per 1 ora
Foderiamo 3 teglie con carta forno
prendiamo l’impasto con le mani formiamo una pallina grossa come una noce passiamola nello zucchero a velo e adagiamola sulla teglia..terminata l’operazione inforniamo una teglia alla volta a forno caldo 180° per 20 min
Sforniamo e lasciamo raffreddare…

130 gr di strutto o burro
1 uovo intero + 1 tuorlo
80 gr di zucchero
buccia grattugiata di limone o vanillina

impastate tutti gli ingredienti e ottenete un panetto morbido ,mettete in frigo per 30 min
Tiratela fuori stendetela ad uno spessore di 1/2 cm ,con un coppapasta del dm di 5 cm ricavate tanti dischetti chiusi ed altrettanto dischetti con foro centrale fatto con una forma piu’ piccola
Cuoceteli a forno caldo 160° per 10 min
sfornate ,spolverate i biscotti con il foro con lo zucchero a velo ,farcire il biscotto base con la marmellata o la crema alle nocciole chiudere con l’altro biscotto…
