Well I to have an acceptable result at the third time I prepared it ,
the first time it had not formed the crust of the sponge ,
another had formed the layer above and one belowand in the the center the dough was still liquid because I had read that you could also bake in a convection oven
( I recommend a static oven )

INGREDIENTS:
- 150g of flour
- 150g of sugar
- 500ml of milk
- 4 eggs at room temperature
- 125g butter, melted and then cooled
- One tablespoon of cold water
- A teaspoon of lemon
- A vanilla bean
- A pinch of salt
WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN !
- Melt the butter , divide the egg yolks from the whites ,
add the sugar to the yolks and whip for 10 minutes ,
always beating , add the tablespoon of cold water and vanilla extract .
Add the salt , melted butter cold , continue to beat for a few minutes ,
put to heat the milk in a saucepan and once warm add it to the mixture,
at this point, sift the flour and mix .
Beat the egg whites until stiff , adding a teaspoon of lemon , stir in the egg whites.
Put the mixture into a square pan , greased and lined with baking paper.
Bake in preheated oven for about 80 minutes at 150 degrees … and Heaven helps you !
Et voila …at the third attempt… the magical cake!
