Kamut Muffins

I do not know where I saw this recipe ,
but I found these notes and last night I baked these delicious scones ,
the stuff as you prefer,
they coul be delicious with a pear jam or a simple slice of pear with a soft cheese type dart sweet , goodness !

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !

INGREDIENTS:

- 300g flour manitoba

- 200g kamut flour

- 15g of yeast

- One tablespoon of honey

- Extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste

- 300ml of water

WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS , BEGIN !

- First, add the two flours and add the yeast dissolved in a little hot water,
then put the honey and salt at last ,
processed for the mixture well and then put it to rest covered with plastic wrap until it has doubled in volume .

- Roll out the dough now quite high and with the pastry cutter cut out scones
that you will put it to rise again on the baking tray covered with baking paper , do not forget to make four small holes with fingers on each muffin.

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and cook them for about ten minutes after being sprinkled with olive oil and salt.

Et voila … ready to be stuffed as you like!
