And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!
INGREDIENTS:
- 250g of flour
- 250g of egg whites … do not be afraid are 6 egg whites
- 200g of sugar
- 100g of Baci chocolates or those you prefer
- 75g of vegetable oil … half glass
- 50g of water … a little less than half a glass
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS… BEGIN!
- Beat the egg whites until stiff, add sugar gradually and continue beating until the egg whites become tough
-Combine the egg whites and the sifted flour mixed with baking powder, add water mixed with oil
- Now you can add the chocolate cut in big pieces
- Nowput all the mixture ina a baking pan lined with baking paper , bake at 170 ° degrees for about 45 minutes
Et voila’…Kiss cake is ready!

questa torta la puoi fare anche con i lindor al posto dei baci o con i ferrero roches…come la fai sempre una goduria è!
