Let’s start with the vanilla PEPPER BORNEO,
It is a green pepper, picked unripe and mixed with vanilla, it is strongly aromatic, slightly spicy but with a hint of minty freshness. It has a very refined taste it is perfect for red meat, shellfish , there is a restaurant that prepare some spaghetti with red pepper kampot and crabs.
PEPE VERDE DI SICHUAN
It ‘also called sancho pepper, you can say it is not a real pepper but rather a dark green berry from China.
It has a fresh taste and a note lemonade, perfect for cream of artichokes and asparagus, fantastic on fish. It would seem ideal on the chocolate mousse and pineapple sorbet ( try it)

PEPE DELLA JAMAICA
