Snack or not snack… that is the question … Answer: SNACK! Why not try these super crispy bread diamonds scented of rosemary ? Easy to prepare and fast to finish… you can flavor with all the spices you like the most or just with the chili; anyway they will be a great snack or a bread-saver last minute … if they will advance ? Even if I do not believe it, you can keep them in a bag for food.
And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !
INGREDIENTS:
- 300g of flour manitoba
- 10g of rosemary
- 60g extra virgin olive oil
- 60g dry white wine
- 40 g of water
- Salt to taste
WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS… LET’S GET STARTED!
- Chop the rosemary and add it to the flour and gradually add all the other ingredients : olive oil, wine , salt and mix them until you get a dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes wrapped in plastic wrap.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and then place it on the parchment paper with whom you will have lined the plaque; with the notched wheel , cut the dough into the rombetti
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until they will reach a golden color.
- Let it cool and voilà … crispy bread diamonds for you!
