Roll omelet

A quick dish, tasty, light, ideal for the summer,
This is a omelet baked without oil and filled at your pleasure …
Success guaranteed!

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

- 5 eggs

- 170g of baked ham

- A fresh mozzarella

-Salt to taste

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

Beat the eggs after they have been salted and pour into a roasting pan lined with parchment paper,
put them to cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes,
pull out the omelette and let cool.
Cut the mozzarella into cubes,
arranged on the rectangle ofomelet slices of baked ham and mozzarella,
rolled and wrapped with aluminum foil. Keep  it in the fridge for about a couple of hours.

Cut into slices and serve with salad.
