Mozzarella with creamy anchovy (finger food)

Today we enter in the magical world of finger food
proposing a simple recipe but tasty : mini mozzarella  with a creamy sauce with anchovies.
Guests arriving? Feel like delicacies? This finger is what it takes.

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:

- 8 slices of white bread

- 320g of mozzarella

- 4 eggs

- 320g of white bread sifted

(Whisk panecarrè removing the frame … excellent substitute for bread crumbs for frying)
Seed oil to taste

- Flour taste

- Salt and pepper

  For the creamy anchovy:

- 50g of anchovies

- An ice cube

-Cream to taste

WEAR THE APRON,WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

With the help of a small pastry rings,
cut both the bread and the cheese, will have the same size.
Provide to dry the excess liquid from the mozzarella.
Now formed a mini sandwich that you are going to pass in succession before the egg,
then in flour, then egg again, still in the flour, and finally in the egg and then in bread sieved.
Fry in vegetable oil at 170 degrees.
For the creamy anchovy,
blend with the blender anchovies, the ice cube and a dash of cream,
This sauce will accompany mozzarella,
giving a special taste to the Vs finger food!
