For my birthday I received a beautiful book of food styling …
there go crazy for the many ideas that can be found there ,
I got this recipe for chicken meatballs multicolor ,
a finger food too much fun for a dinner with friends !

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !

INGREDIENTS:

- 250g chicken breast ground

- A yolk

- Salt to taste

-3-4 Tablespoons flour

- Colorants for foods in gel or powder

- Pepper if you like

_Saffron for yellow for the meatballs

- Very little garlic

- Oil to taste

WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS , BEGIN !

-In a bowl, mix the chicken with the egg yolk,
little garlic , salt , and flour in order to obtain a compound rather homogeneous

- Now Divide the mixture into four parts,
(I used four colors )
add food coloring to the meatballs and saffron fot the  yellow one

- Now put a little ‘oil in the palm of your hands
and formed mini meatballs that  you’ll fry in hot oil

Et voila’ cheerful meatballs … a good idea for those with small children !
