These squids are awesome
in the first place … you always remember that the fish must be fresh ,

The recipe is really easy but the result is … fantastic!
And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !
INGREDIENTS:
- If squids are big …it will be sufficient one for person
- A clove of garlic
- A sprig of parsley
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Bread crumbs to taste
- Dry white wine ½ cup
WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS , BEGIN !
- First, blend the chopped tentacles and wings squid along with the clove of garlic,
parsley and bread crumbs , salt and a little drop of oil
if the mixture becomes too dry ,
you can add other scents from you favorite
- Stuff the squid with the mixture , making sure to close them at the top with a toothpick
- Heat the oil in a pan and put the squid,
as soon as they begin to brown ,
pour half a glass of dry white wine and a little drop of water,
cover and cook for about twenty minutes
Et voila … a delicate dish but full of flavor !
