These wonderful pastries,
born over a century ago in the city of Tortona
we offer them today in a maxi version … absolute goodies!
And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!
INGREDIENTS:
- 150g of flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 100g of dark chocolate
- 150 of chopped hazelnuts
- 100g of sugar
- 100g butter at room temperature
WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!
- Blend hazelnuts with sugar,
add the flour, stir in the butter and egg yolk,
mix well.
- Form the dough, made some l
balls that you put on the baking paper and shall be baked for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
-Once cooked,
allow to cool completely,
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a double boiler,
put a pastry from the flat side, and put above another.
Let the chocolate cool and serve.
Et voila’ … a wonderful trick!
