Bundles of beef and chickpea

Easy  to prepare,
to great effect,
you can offer them also in finger food …it’s  an original idea !

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !

INGREDIENTS:

- 2 slices of bacon , chopped

- 250g of minced beef

- Little grated onion

- 75g of canned chickpeas , drained

- One tablespoon of tomato

- A clove of garlic

- 200g of phyllo dough

- 40g butter, melted

WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS , BEGIN !

- For the filling , sauté the bacon without adding fat ,
how to begin to melt pour the beef, very little grated onion ,
a clove of crushed garlic and tomato,
cover and cook with gentle heat for about 20 minutes to about half cooked, add the chickpeas .

- Unroll the phyllo dough and make 12 squaresof about 18cm  for side ,
arrange them three at a time , staggered so as to form a star with 12 points ,
brush each side with melted butter , pour in the center of the enclosure two tablespoons of dough .

- Close the bundle gently pressing ,
prepared all the others and brush with butter. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
