Spring salad

What’s better than a fresh salad
that is an alternative to
rice salad?
Apart from rice we add the barley and spelled,
let’s make it simple with
cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella,
a pinch of arugula, a handful of black olives
and process uses all with a fragrant basil oil.

Recommended wine:

Claret Sangiovese 2013
a Tuscan wine harmonious,
beautiful structure and very pleasant.

And now …LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-350g Of rice, spelled and barley

-250g Of mozzarella di bufala

300g plum tomatoes

-1 Bunch of rocket

-1 Sprig of basil

-Oil Ages qb

-salt To taste

-A Handful of black olives

PUT ON THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

After boiled rice, spelled and barley in salt water,
drain and place it under cold water,
roll it out on a towel for
about 10 minutes so that
it drains well.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them in four pieces, even cut
cheese balls after that you have made to drain for about 15 minutes,
add the rocket and pitted black olives and season this
salad with a scented oil that

blending oil and basil in blender.
