How to lose a pound a day eating pasta

SONY DSC

That hateful scale gives us a little extra pound …
Tomorrow night therewill be a great event and the
little black dress is too tight,
you feel swollen like a balloon?
Of course this is not the diet of life,
but in one day be able to eliminate
that pund

Shirataki or zen pasta are
a kind of spaghetti  completely free of sugars,
fat and gluten.
They are based Konjac which is
a root used
Japanese traditional feeding for over 2000 years.
This plant, which resembles a large beet, can weigh up to 4 kg.
The Konjac is highly nutritious,
contains glucomannan, almost a 10% crude protein,
16 different types of amino acids and minerals
such as calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, manganese, chromium and copper.
This is the secret of the line of the Japanese !!
This time I do not recommend as usual a wine,
but drink water, water and more water at least 3 liters a day.
Eat lunch and dinner a plate of this pasta and nothing else.
And tomorrow morning … 1 pound is gone like magic.
About me has always worked,
certainly then every body reacts differently.
try and let me know.

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-3 Or 4 nests shirataki

-A Handful of plum tomatoes

-1 Clove of garlic

-salt To taste

-Oil If you really can not help but 1 teaspoon

-Basilico Qb

PUT ON THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

Shirataki are rehydrated,
just dip them in a saucepan with boiling water for 7 minutes,
no matter they turn it control them, not scuociono ever;
and once rehydrated rinse them in hot water
to remove residual sugars on pasta
(Per 100g of product we … hear hear about 20kcal).
In a pan, put a little drop of oil and
a clove of garlic, chopped tomatoes and
pour into pan,
as soon as they are cooked, add the shirataki and
salted, seasoned for a few minutes, put the chopped fresh basil …
and pretend pasta is ready …
I’ll tell you, I find it pleasant!
