Potato flan with cheese and salami

From the book of quick recipes I made this recipe , a tasty and crispy potato cake … a real delicacy .

A tip for lovers of the pressure cooker , you can cook the potatoes with a clove of garlic, two tablespoons of olive oil, chopped shallots hyper, half a glass of water, salt and pepper.

INGREDIENTS:

- 800g of potatoes

- 2 eggs

- 100g cream

- 80g of grated pecorino cheese

- 80 g of Hungarian salami

- Shallots taste
