Cous cous… pretending

I learned how to do the real, unique, wonderful couscous from my mother-in-law Magdi ‘and from the sky I am sure forgive me for having created a couscous today pretending, simple and fast …

And now … LIGHT HTE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:

- 100-150g of cous cous per person

-4 zucchini

-5-6 Tablespoons of tomato

- Onion to taste

-Cumin to taste

-400g of minced turkey

-salt

-Garlic to taste

-A slice of bread soaked in milk

-Parsley to taste

-Parmesan to taste

- And now we come to the preparation of couscous, most people follow the instructions written on the boxes, add hot water and it comes out something that has nothing to do with cous cous … good for mercy follow me : on a baking tray put the cous cous, add salt and a tad bit of oil and knead with a fork to avoid lumps

Now you can cook the cous cous in a water bath, usually I put a thin towel in the colander and let it cook for about 20 minutes, taking care to become coarse with a fork … the flour should be well divided and not form lumps
