Triptych of creams

Today I would like to offer you a really easy trick that has as its basis the custard that will turn ‘in a triptych and marrying the sponge so you”create  a pretty good ensemble .

The creams are with lemon , with hazelnut and banana . I created using a single portion with trhee disks “sponge”

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !

INGREDIENTS:

For the” sponge sponge “( low dose )

- 125g of butter

- 125g of sugar

- 125g of flour

-2 eggs

Vanillin – half a bag

- Baking powder ½ package

For the cream :

- 3 egg yolks

-0.375 Ml milk

- 30g of flour

- 100g of sugar

WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS … BEGIN !

- We prepare the sponge sponge :

- Work the butter and sugar , beat eggs and add them to the butter and sugar … add to this the flour, baking powder and vanilla , cook 30 – 40 minutes at 170 ° (to see all the steps , see the recipe of the  recycled heart )

- And now the creams :

- Beat the eggs with the sugar

-Meanwhile, put to boil milk

- When you have obtained a compound of this consistency, add the flour and the vanilla and lemon zest

- Add the boiled milk and put on fire, bring to a boil and stir constantly, until the cream will be ready

- We prepare the other creams  for the banana cream, whisk the cream with a banana that you will add to the custard (goodness!)

- For the third pastry cream to add a chopped hazelnuts and pistachios

- Proceed to the composition of the triptych put the first  disc of sponge sponge bathe with a few drops of orange juice or milk (depending on taste ), put the first layer of lemon cream and then another disk then put banana custard,  another disk and  cream with hazelnuts and pistachios, you can add some curl of chocolate too
