Sweet and sour cabbage soup

Did you know that the cabbage contains an active ingredient
that protects the digestive mucosa from injury?
In fact, in ancient times it was considered a medicinal plant in all respects.
It a typical winter vegetable, and then prepare
a nice tasty soup but with only
180 calories per serving … shall we?
Taste and line nice combination!

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

For 2 people:

-600g Cabbage

-20g Raisins

- 10 plum tomatoes

-10 Pitted olives

-1 Teaspoon of sweetener

-1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar

salt to taste

-Pepe Black beans

-Cipolla Celery and carrot to the vegetable broth

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

Slice the cabbage thin, put in a pan
2 ladles of vegetable broth that you will
previously prepared with onion,
celery and carrots,
add the chopped tomatoes, a pinch of salt, raisins, olives
and pepper.
Cover and cook over low flame for 15 minutes BSSA:
After which you will add the vinegar and the sweetener,
Raise the heat and cook for another 5 minutes,
the cabbage will risultar soft, almost dry.
