Shirataki (zen pasta)

Today I would like to talk you about a pasta which is miraculous : Zen pasta or noodles shirataki , it is a pasta which is much used in Asia , listen … listen … no sugar , no carbohydrates , zero calories .. . unseasoned certainly a miracle …it  is not  so good alone but if you mix it with a tasty dressing , eat spaghetti without getting fat ! How so? Why it is composed exclusively of a soluble fiber that is extracted from an Asian plant called Konjac. This pasta  it is very good  for those who have to lose weight but also lids intolerances to gluten, starch , lactose and wheat . Improves sluggish bowel and reduces the cholesterol in a few weeks . Any suggestions for toppings , I tried it with the broccoli  with the pesto with radicchio , there are those who cooked with mussels and cherry tomatoes , aubergines and peppers … so if you can are on a diet … a little oil and a little salt please!

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !

INGREDIENTS:

- Pasta Zen a pack of 55g is about a plate of pasta

- Hot water

- 200g of broccoli

- Oil qs

- Salt to taste

- A clove of garlic

WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS … BEGIN !

- Boil water in a saucepan, just boils, turn off the heat and  put spaghetti zen , leave for at least 7 minutes

After just boiled the broccoli , drain and ripassateli in a pan with a clove of garlic and pepper to taste

- Combine the spaghetti properly drained and rinsed with hot water, ripassateli in the pan for a few minutes

Et voila a dish more dietary than that … !
