Rice and spelled pie

Well, reading the book of quick recipes , I found this, that is really yummy especially for people like me who loves both the rice and spelled, is a patty crispy outside and soft inside … try it!
And now … SWTICH  THE FIRES !

INGREDIENTS:

- 150g of rice

- 150g spelled

- 300ml milk

- 4 eggs

- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

-2 Tablespoons of grated cheese

- 50g butter

- Bread crumbs to taste

- Salt to taste

WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS … BEGIN !

- Bake in two separate pots farro in boiling water for about 20 minutes and the rice in the milk for 16 minutes

- Drain and stir rice and spelled , incorporating 3 eggs , Parmesan cheese and grated gruyere cheese , butter and salt

- Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs , brush the mixture on the surface with the fourth beaten egg , bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees
