Well dear friends ,
as you know the name of my blog is tiramisu
and so often I would like to offer variations on the theme.
Today I tried the strawberry tiramisu and I have to say that it is really delicious!
I dispaced the ladyfinger biscuits and I put the crunchiness of the cereal biscuits … try it!
And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 CUPS :
-1 Basket of strawberries
- The juice of one orange
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 60g icing sugar
-250g mascarpone
- 5-6 biscuits Grancereale
-3 eggs
- Dark chocolate
WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN !
- First, after washing the strawberries ,
cut into small pieces and season with orange juice and two teaspoons of sugar.
Prepare the cream of tiramisu beating the yolks with the sugar, until you reach the mixture is white and fluffy,
At this point , add the mascarpone and continue to mix ,
beat the egg whites until stiff and add it to the mixture,
two tablespoons of pureed strawberries will join the cream together with the previously macerated strawberries , of course after they have been drained .
- Proceed to the preparation of the cups :
crumbled the cookies and put them at the bottom of the cup , make one or more layers of strawberries cut into thin slices,
Put the cream , again strawberries, cream
and garnish with more cookie crumbs , some strawberries and dark chocolate cut into small pieces .
Et voila … a cup of tiramisu for spring !

per cortesia, mi può precisare cosa intende per cestino di fragole?
Infatti ce ne sono di diverso peso.
Quanti etti per il Suo tiramisù da 4 porzioni?

Sono di regola quelli che acquisto al mercato ortofrutticolo , sono circa due etti e mezzo tre etti di fragole…a presto e buona domenica
