Sushitalia,
is  a simple omelette,
stuffed with rice peppers, pumpkin, and zucchini,
the idea is cute for a finger food.

Recommended wine:
a wine of my region,
the magic of Lazio,
Frascati a superior,
a full-bodied wine from the persistence of almond.

And now … LIGHT THE  FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-250g Of rice

-3 Eggs

-2 Small zucchini

-1 Slice of pumpkin

-1 Red pepper

-salt To taste

-Oil

-Glassa Of balsamic vinegar of Modena
