Skewers of artichokes

Today I’m going to speak about the artichoke,
it has very few calories, it is very tasty, high-fiber,
has a good amount of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron.
Artichokes also have therapeutic qualities,
have a diuretic effect and are
recommended in case of hypertension, diabetes,
overweight, cellulite and cholesterol.
Today I propose a recipe that can be
a whim,
an appetizer, a side dish

used this idea as you prefer,
the result
will be  absolutely enjoyable.
Artichokes retouched in breadcrumbs, join the crusty bread,
blend with the sweetness of the
cheese, and then dive into the sauce with milk,
a well-balanced,
a different way to serve the artichokes.

Recommended wine:
Argiolas Nuragus S’elegas
a wine with a rich taste full and soft.

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-3 artichokes

-Breadcrumb qb

- 100g Caciottina or asiago cheese

-1 Slice of homemade bread

-1/2 of milk

-70 G of provolone

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

After cleaning the artichokes,
cut them and put them in a bowl with water and lemon
for about 15 minutes.
Let them then boil gently in boiling water.
At this point, toasted bread cut in
little pieces 
in a pan with a little oil.

We proceed to create the skewer:
past the artichokes in breadcrumbs insert them in
skewer, alternating with a cube of cheese and a cube of toasted bread.
Pass them in the oven for about 10- 15 minutes at 180 °.
These skewers are great if you will serve them
with a sauce made with milk and cheese:
Put in a saucepan 1/2 glass of milk and melt
the soft cheese type Caciottina or provolone.
