INGREDIENTS:
-3 artichokes
-Breadcrumb qb
- 100g Caciottina or asiago cheese
-1 Slice of homemade bread
-1/2 of milk
-70 G of provolone
WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!
After cleaning the artichokes,
cut them and put them in a bowl with water and lemon
for about 15 minutes.
Let them then boil gently in boiling water.
At this point, toasted bread cut in
little pieces in a pan with a little oil.
We proceed to create the skewer:
past the artichokes in breadcrumbs insert them in
skewer, alternating with a cube of cheese and a cube of toasted bread.
Pass them in the oven for about 10- 15 minutes at 180 °.
