I created this dish thinking about some of the ingredients that I particularly loved, the result was crazy … !
And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !
INGREDIENTS:
- 400g of rice
- 200g provolone
- 200g ricotta
- One sachet of saffron
-80 G of bacon , cut into cubes
An egg
- 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
- 100g of cooked ham
- Half a cup dry white wine
WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUY HANDS , BEGIN !
- In a pan, put the grated onion with oil or butter if you prefer
, let it melt over low heat as soon as it becomes transparent throw rice,
- When the rice begins to sizzle , pour half glass of wine ,
wait until it evaporates , meanwhile apart have prepared a light vegetable broth with which you are going to cook the rice
- At this point add the chopped provolone and bacon
- Stir and bring the rice to cook
- Now Let it cool on a plate
- Once cooled , add an egg yolk , parmesan and ricotta mousse
prepared by mixing cottage cheese with saffron and cooked ham ,
- Buttered a mold and sprinkle with breadcrumbs,
pour the mixture , sprinkle with breadcrumbs and even a few knobs of butter
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes
Et voila … the pie is served!
