A different way to cook pork loins …
I accompanied with a mustard sauce flavored with onions in balsamic vinegar and apples Borrettane … yummy!
And now … SWTICH FIRES !
INGREDIENTS:
Loin of pork -
- A large fuji apple or the quality you favorite
- Half red onion
Two teaspoons mustard – poor
- Four onions in balsamic vinegar
- Oil
- Garlic clove
- Sale
- A sprig of rosemary
WEAR THE APRON , wash your hands , BEGIN !
- In a pan put the oil , the garlic and the rosemary
