From the recipe book … the whole chocolate I got the inspiration for these puff pastry pear and chocolate …
goodness … yummy … a delicacy for the palate of those who love sweets like me!
And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pears of the quality you favorite I used the doyenne
-70g of dark chocolate
- A yolk
-A pack of puff pastry
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!
- Cut into rectangles the puff pastryand brush the edges with egg yolk
-In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate in a double boiler
and add two tablespoons of sugar, stirring until mixture is smooth
- Now cut the pears into thin slices and arrange on rectangles of dough, brushing with chocolate
- Bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes … sprinkle with powdered sugar
Et voila … that good chocolate with pears!
