Puff pastry cake with chocolate and hazelnut and cream with apple and cinnamon

Today Tirami su blog offers a quick idea for breakfast or for a snack …
but also, perhaps, to be enjoyed in front
a good movie for a sweet cuddle evening.
I chose two fillings fast to prepare,
dark chocolate into small pieces together with hazelnuts,
and a wonderful custard with apples and walnuts
fragrant cinnamon.
Everyone in the kitchen preparing these delicacies.

With these cakes,
I recommend the one
Moonlight White Tea,
a rare white tea produced only in April,
soft taste and sweet
with a very special aroma of wood and
honey notes.

And now … LIGHT THE  FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

- 2 rolls of puff pastry (one rectangular and one round)

- 50g of dark chocolate

- 50 g of chopped hazelnuts

-50g Chopped walnuts

- 4 egg yolks

-100g Sugar

-30g Flour

-370 Ml of whole milk

-The Grated rind of one lemon

-1 Tablespoon lemon juice

-1 Fuji apple

-Cannella Qb

-1 Tablespoon sugar

PUT ON THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

Chop the chocolate and place in freezer for about
half an hour, chopped walnuts and hazelnuts.
Prepare the custard, beat the egg yolks with the sugar,
bring to a boil the milk,
add the sugar and whipped eggs, flour,
paid into a compound of the milk and stir,
add the rest and put on the fire,
bring to a boil and cook the custard for a few minutes,
add the lemon zest.
Overturned the cream on a tray, spread it with a spatula and cover with the
plastic wrap.
Cut the apple into very thin slices,
place in a bowl with a tablespoon of lemon juice,
a spoonful of sugar and cinnamon according to your taste, add chopped walnuts
and stir, add the cream now cooled.
Unroll the puff pastry rectangle and cut into rectangles
that farcirete or the custard apple with walnuts and cinnamon,
or with chocolate and hazelnuts.
Same goes for the croissants that ricaverete from pastry round
and cut into 4 first and then in 8 so that it will form triangles,
on which you put the filling, roll and croissant is ready.
Brush the cake with a mixture of egg yolk and milk.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
