Sure the chocolate salami as well as being a
greedy recipe is also quick to prepare and requires no cooking.
It is also known as ” turkish salami” because of its color
reminiscent  the dark skin of those populations,
or even ” Viking salami” from the title of a recipe
depopulated in the 70s on
Manual Grandma Duck.

Recommended wine:
nothing but a wine Angostura Rum 12 years,
a rum that has great balance between sweet and spicy.

And now .LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-250g Of biscuits

-125g Icing sugar

-200g Of butter

-50g Unsweetened cocoa

-100g Of dark chocolate

-100g Between almonds and hazelnuts

-1 Tablespoon rum to taste

For the zabaglione:

-2 Tablespoons sugar

-3 yolks

-Pochissimo marsala

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

Coarsely chopped dark chocolate.
Melt the butter in a double boiler and pour over the chocolate,
stir until it dissolves completely.
Crushed the biscuits, add the cocoa, icing sugar,
almonds and hazelnuts.
At this point knead the mixture with the mixture of warm chocolate and butter ,
