a risotto and with a bit of uncertainty I tried to cook it …
Well I can only advise you to try it,
is a delicate risotto wave where the union of flavors so there arises a plate of character!
And now … LIGHT THE FIRES !
INGREDIENTS:
- 300g of rice
-2 Pears Kaiser
- A grated onion
-1 / 2 liter of vegetable stock
- 6 prawns
- 4 tablespoons of Fundador
- 50g of butter
- Salt and white pepper to taste
WEAR THE APRON , wash your hands , BEGIN !
- Grate the onion and fry gently with half the butter ,
before it changes color , add the rice and toast lightly blending with a couple of ccucchiai of fundador .
As soon evaporated,
add the pears thinly sliced and peeled prawns .
Cook , stirring and basting with broth ,
nuanced yet with the remaining brandy,
stir the rice with butter , salt and pepper .
Et voila … an unusual risotto but really good!
