These zucchini patties are a tasty appetizer to enjoy with a nice cold glass of Cartizze.
And now…LIGHT THE FIRES!
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:
- 5 zucchini
- 80 g grated parmigiano reggiano
- 150 g ricotta
- 1 egg
- 3/4 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS…LET’S GET STARTED!
- First finely grate zucchini. Once you’re done put a weight on them (for example, I’ve used in a small pot with a meat mallet) and leave it for 30 minutes so that the zucchini can lose the water.
- add 1 egg, parmigiano, ricotta, breadcrumbs and mix it all.
-form the patties… and now the dilemma: fried or baked? If you decide for fried, pass them into the flour and then dip them in a pan with hot oil… If you like them baked, pass them in breadcrumbs mash, put them on a baking sheet with parchment paper and on each patty a little drop of oil.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, but be careful: as i said each oven does as he pleases.

Perche’ no? Se provi la ricetta aggiungi il pizzico di salsiccia e poi fammi sapere , io l’ho pensata come ricetta light, ma trovo molto carino e costruttivo che interagisce con me mi dia suggerimenti che reputo preziosissimi. Alla prox
