Quick recipe for a baked crispy chicken ,
the secret is right there, skinless chicken thighs
but scroncissime (a term that does not exist but you get the idea).
Well it is said that the recipe for the mixture of 11 herbs and spices  by Colonel
Sanders is kept in the safe of the headquarters of Kentucky Fried
Chicken of Louswille Kentucky .
I have studied and researched herbs and spices for an explosive mix, I found
12, and the chicken came very tasty,
try it!

Recommended wine:
Tasca d’Almerita Cabernet Sauvignon
Sicilian red wine, full bodied and intense.

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

INGREDIENTS:

-6 Skinless chicken thighs

-5 Tablespoons flour

-Salt to taste

-Cannella A pinch

-Pepe

-Paprika Sweet taste

-2 eggs

-Pangrattato taste

-Prezzemolo taste

-Salvia Pineapple taste

-Salvia taste

-Rosmarino taste

-Santoreggia taste

-Basilico taste

-Timo Lemony taste

-Timo Dried to taste

-Alloro Two leaves

WEAR THE APRON, WASH YOUR HANDS, BEGIN!

Stir in flour, dried thyme,
cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Please share skinless chicken thighs,
in bread crumbs and add all the chopped herbs, if you like
a little pepper.
After floured chicken,
pass it into the egg and then in bread crumbs flavored with herbs.
Place it on the baking paper and bake for about 30 minutes at 2oo °,
taking care to turn it over after 15 minutes,
do not even need a drop of oil.
I served it with some salad-cut
that brings a fresh note to the flavor of this chicken …
