Plum cake surprise

Welcome back , having available the rice flour and even a fresh  and fragrant pineapple
I tried to make a plum cake with pineapple filling precisely ,
the result was incredible because the candy has a texture soft and delicate,
excellent  with tea but also for breakfast …

And now … LIGHT THE FIRES!

- 200g of rice flour

180g of butter

- 120g of sugar

- 3 eggs

- One sachet of baking powder

- A pinch of salt

- The grated rind of one lemon

Milk – qb

WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS , BEGIN !

- Work the butter with the sugar until creamy and fluffy,
add the eggs , the flour with the baking powder, salt
and a little drop of milk to make the dough slightly soft

- Line a cake tin with baking paper soaked and squeezed
and arrange slices of pineapple in such a way that when you cut a slice there will be a fresh surprise

- Pour the mixture , making sure that the slices remain straight

- Bake in oven preheated to 180 ° for 35-40 minutes
