Cruditès double face

I confirm … the diet and started to make a little  various ,
Today I prepared a plate of crudités containing not only vegetables but also fruits ,
The beauty is that the dish is so colorful ,
if you wish, you can also use it as a table centerpiece ,
the idea is cute ! I was inspired to  a photo I saw on a book of food design .

And now …. LIGHT THE FIRES !

INGREDIENTS:

-Homemade bread – sliced

- A head of Belgian endive

- A head of radicchio

- Celery to taste

A carrot -

A – fennel

- Radishes taste

strawberries taste

Blueberries taste -

WEAR THE APRON , WASH YOUR HANDS , BEGIN !

- Well there is not  so much to explain,
except a few tricks to arrange the vegetables,
used as the basis o some slices of homemade bread ,
if the vegetables do not keep using toothpicks ,
I added the fruit to make a dish and a table centerpiece double !

- If you want you can prepare separate a vinaigrette  sauce,
or simply a bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper for dipping vegetables.

Et voila … a very healthy dish , easy and colorful!
